Please consider the following before you make your final decision on a Paint Contractor. We consider the following to be cornerstones to our beliefs and how we approach our craft.

Here are some things we will not do:

We will not cut corners.
This policy underlies everything we do from how much we pay our painters, to choosing appropriate high quality materials and finishes. Our goal is to become the most respected high quality painting company on the Avalon Peninsula and we will not achieve that by providing sub standard materials or workmanship.

We will not skip the prep work.
Preparation is key to a great looking, long lasting paint job. We scrape, sand, fill and caulk until the surface is ready to accept top coats. High quality primers are used always, and each coat - from primer to final coat - is checked for quality and consistency.

We will not disrespect you or your property in any way.
The utmost care is taken when working in your house or anywhere on your property. Areas that are not being painted will be properly protected and the appropriate steps taken to protect all furniture, floors, appliances, plants, vehicles, pets, neighbors and anything else that should not be painted.

We will not smoke, swear or listen to loud music.
There's nothing worse than feeling like your home has been invaded by a band of hooligans. We understand that your home is your castle and that you make the rules, not us. We will always respect that, and will dress, act and work with that in mind. We aim to be as noninvasive as possible, and prefer to practice our craft quietly and efficiently in a clean, neat and well organized environment.

We will not invade your personal space.
Areas we are not painting are considered off limits. If we're not painting it, we have no need to be there. We will not use your bathrooms without your permission, and if we do get your permission, we will not leave a mess and even bring our own towels so we don't dirty yours. We will not go into your fridge, use your sinks, glasses, garbage cans or use your phone. We will not leave a mess and will make every effort to ensure our materials and tools do not affect the daily operations of your household.

We will not surprise you with extra or hidden costs.
Once we have presented our proposal to you, and you have agreed to the price, that's it! From that point forward we get the job done based on your expectations as outlined in our proposal and contract. Any changes to the specs of the job will be agreed to in writing by both parties via a work change order. We try to be as accurate as possible when we do our estimate so that all parties involved can be reasonably assured there will be no surprises.

You have my personal guarantee that all of the above conditions will be met during our time with you. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service I will personally correct the problem immediately.

I have been painting for over just about 20 years and have extensive experience with many types of applications, equipment and methods. Many of those years were spent under the guidance of a master painter who taught me the value of old world craftsmanship.
